CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer the flexibility to modify or cancel your tee time reservation. However, to ensure the best possible experience for all of our golfers, we request that any changes to your tee time reservation be made by phone or in person no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled tee time.

For assistance or questions regarding changes to your reservation, please contact our Pro Shop at (309) 749-9044. We kindly ask that cancellations also be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We value your business and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which help us to ensure a smooth and seamless reservation process for all golfers.

CREDIT CARDS: All credit card transactions at Fyre Lake Golf Club will have a surcharge of 3%

GOLF CARTS: We require all golf cart drivers to have a valid driver's license. For your convenience, we offer two golf carts per group, but single-rider carts are available for an additional fee of $25. Although there is no discount for walking, we do allow and encourage walking on the course. For safety reasons, we ask that each cart not exceed two riders and two golf bags.

To protect the integrity of the course, we kindly request that golf carts stay on designated cart paths in the vicinity of all greens and tees, as indicated by signs on the course. Players are also responsible for any damages incurred to the golf carts during their round.

Finally, to preserve the natural beauty of our course, we ask that you refrain from driving in the fescue.

PACE OF PLAY: We aim to provide a delightful and enjoyable round of golf for all players. With that in mind, we encourage you to maintain a steady pace of play, with a goal of completing your round in four hours. This timeframe allows for a relaxed and fulfilling experience on the course, while also being mindful of other players and ensuring that everyone can play without undue delay. By being aware of your pace and keeping up with the group ahead, you can help create an enjoyable and memorable round for everyone.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: you can enjoy a delicious meal and refreshing beverages while you play. Our food and beverage carts will keep you fueled throughout your round. To ensure a top-notch experience, only food and drinks purchased from the Club may be consumed on the course. We offer convenient coolers for you to stock up at check-in and at the turn. Please note that all alcohol must be purchased and distributed by the Club due to state liquor laws. Bringing outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and those who do so will be asked to leave the golf course with no refund.

DRESS CODE: Golfers are asked to observe the dress code and wear appropriate golf attire at all times. This includes collared shirts and Bermuda-length shorts. Clothing items such as tank tops, short shorts, gym wear, and swimwear are not permitted on the course. The club strives to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere for all players.

All bathing attire, collarless shirts, gym shorts, tank tops, tube and halter tops, mesh shirts, cutoffs, short shorts, tennis outfits and dress of this type are NOT PERMITTED.
